I believe Folorunsho Alakija is an example of a F2S@Heart Woman.
Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija is a God fearing woman that has persevered through her life frustrations to a more sophisticated life. She is a Nigerian who stated that she is one of 52 children. Her Father had eight wives.
She stated that her Father did not believe in investing much in female children therefore she was schooled to become a Secretary. She was raised in a Muslim home however she was not satisfied and wanted to convert to Christianity. She did just that in her 40's.
Her life is quite interesting how God took her ordinary professional path and turned it completely into an extraordinary future. Her professional journey was interesting: Secretary, to Banking, to Fashion Designer, to Printing Industry, and now to one of the richest Entrepreneurs in the Oil Industry. These transitions were all God's plan. In an interview in 2014, Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija did not hesitate to speak about a covenant she made with God in Prayer that if He took care of her and her family that she would serve Him all of her days. Now she is doing just that and she loves to share this testimony.
Can you imagine being one of 52 children born in Nigeria and having faith in God that He would take care of you and your entire household? This is certainly a great testimony. Her transition from frustration was when she converted to Christianity and prayed a covenant prayer to God.
