I believe Makini Smith is an example of a F2S@Heart Woman.
Ms. Makini is a God fearing woman that has persevered through her life frustrations to a more sophisticated life. She is a Canadian who stated that she wants to leave a legacy behind. At age 17 Makini became pregnant with her first child by her high school sweetheart and suffered horrible name calling and judgmental stares. Four years later Makini became the mother of her second daughter.
Makini's frustration with her life pushed her to make life changing decisions. She decided to leave her high school sweetheart. Five months after making this decision Makini met a young man that wanted to be a part of her life. He looked past all her hurt and pain. He looked past her post partum depression and bitterness she was harnessing. This man was not by any means her Boaz but blinded by her love for him she continued to pursue a relationship with him. He had four children from a previous marriage, a mother dying of cancer, a father who hated the fact that he would dare date outside his Muslim community, and an ex-wife that hated her guts. Despite all of the warnings God revealed to Makini, she accepted his proposal for marriage and while pregnant with their son she married him. Makini described her life of frustration by stating how her marriage grew toxic. She suffered verbal and emotional abuse that crippled her spiritually. She explained how she would go to church and receive nothing from the service. Makini then experienced the first and only physical abuse from her husband. She decided to exit the marriage immediately thereafter. Makini began a new profession as an entrepreneur while also filing her divorce. Now a single parent with three kids, the fight in her pushed her into untapped ambitions and success. Her faith in God gave her the determination to Pray Until Something Happen [P.U.S.H]. The P.U.S.H Makini experienced caused her to experience unfathomed endeavors. In one years time she received Award level accomplishments in Real Estate, which afforded her the opportunity to pay off all of her debts and her divorce.
Suddenly, the unbelievable happened. Makini suffered the loss of her older sister. The loss of her older sister opened Makini's eyes regarding her relationship with God. Her life of frustration begin to transition into a life of sophistication through Christ Jesus. Makini made a decision after seeing how many lives her sister impacted, that she would also like to leave a legacy behind. Makini love for God grew and birthed her lifetime story by way of her book entitled [A Walk In My Stilettos]. Makini chose to take everyone of her life obstacles and learn lessons that manifested into God's blessings for her life. Makini is truly a living example of a F2S@ Heart Women.

When I read Makini's story I thought of the Scripture:
2 Corinthians 4 : 8-9
We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed.
